Apple Shira by Purnahaar

Today I'm going to give u a recipe of "Apple shira." I keep a Thursday fast for my Guru n every Thursday I make something special for him as a Naivedya. Last Thursday I was thinking to make a shira but I wanted to make it in a different way so I decided to make "Apple Shira" and believe me it was so tasty and healthy as well! You can try it at your home. Trust me you will love it and you can also give it to your children who doesn't eat apple so by this way, they can have some healthy food too. So what are you waiting for? Write down the recipe and try it out!

Ingredients:
  • 1 bowl rawa
  •  1/2 bowl sugar
  •  3-4 cardamom
  •  1 bowl small pieces of peeled Apple
  •  4 table spoon ghee
Add 4 table spoon ghee in a non stick pan.
Keep it on a medium flame.
Ghee starts melting then add one bowl rawa in it and keep stirring it on the medium flame until the rawa turns in golden brownish color.
Then add 4 cardamom. (Here you can also use the cardamom powder) then add sugar and keep frying until the sugar starts melted in it.
After that add 2 bowl water in it and stir well then close the lid.
Keep it for 8-9 mins on a medium flame and then add the Apple cubes in it, stir it well and again close the lid for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot for better taste !
