Chicken is the most loved dish by most of Indians.

We tried to make it bit happening by making it in green marination and spices.
Because red is too mainstream.

Hope you will love it ...

Prep. 1:
Then make a green paste of garlic, ginger, green chillies, fresh mint and coriander.

 Prep. 2:
 Marinating chicken -
Take some chicken pieces, wash it properly, now add salt, turmeric, 2-3 crushed green chillies and some crushed fresh mint! Mix well and keep it for 1 hr.

 Prep.3:
Take good basmati rice , wash it and keep in water for 1/2hr

Final preparation-
In a cooker, Heat the oil first. Add 1 green chilli and some whole garam spices into the oil (1 black cardamom, 2 green cardamom, 2 cinnamon, some cumin seeds, 3-4 black pepper, 1 clove, Indian bay leaf I.e. tejpatta ) stir it !
Add 1 tablespoons of green paste, after stirring add marinated chicken , stir it up again!
