Jeera Puri

Roti is most essential part of any indian food. There are different type of roties all over indian in every different region. In most of Maharashtra people have chapaties, in rural area of Maharashtra people prefer bhakari made up of various grains. In north side people prefer bhatura,  phulka,  rumali rotis and much more. One of the most tempting option in roti is puri.

Here wheat gets shaped in round shape and we deep fry it. But this time we tried to twist its form, so we added a little jeera and haldi (turmeric). And the result was refreshing.

Puri suppose to eat with other combimation of vegitables or curry or chutni. But this twist of jeera in puri made it such tasty that you may not need any other thing with it.

Twisting its regular concept to make it more interesting was successful.

Make sure you try it and share your views on it.
Do not waste food.
